the 17th national university business elite challenge exhibition innovation and entrepreneurship practice competition (hotel management practice competition) was successfully held on november 18, 2023. students from the faculty of hospitality and tourism management (fhtm) of the macau university of science and technology (must) performed excellently in the competition, winning three first prizes and four second prizes. among them, the project "sustainable development planning for wynn macau" by hu yiwen, li linrui, zhao yuexi, tu ziyu, and you zixuan, as well as the project "lanshi traditional chinese medicine intelligent wellness hotel planning case" by chen yaxuan, hou yingge, hua qianying, li feifan, and wang yushuo, won first prizes and qualified for the 2024 cross-strait university student hotel planning competition. the project "improvement and design of wellness hotel" by liu song, wu kaiyue, and zhang siyan also won a first prize. the projects "chikan ancient town - overseas chinese culture hotel planning project" by li xuan, liu lexuan, fu yuyi, and zeng qirui, "quanyi hotel planning case" by hou chengmin, chi xiaoyin, mo xiaoqi, sun xinyi, and chen yuhan, "macau haojing hotel planning case" by zhang jingyun, luo zhiyuan, zhou yi, and tang jiawei, and "manbu · guangzhou wufeng village fabric theme boutique hotel planning" by jie jiacheng, xu wanchen, li shirui, guo chengming, and feng haoxuan won second prizes. at the same time, macau university of science and technology (must) was awarded the best school organization award.
